Red Beach School Walkathon

On Friday we had a wonderful Walkathon. First of all we went on an exciting bus ride to the fantastic Shakespear Park. Then we had brainfood. We went up the steep mountain. We played some wonderful inclusive games. Then we went back down. It was very sunny. I had an exciting time. - Kayla

The Brilliant Walkathon
On Friday the whole school went on a Walkathon at Shakespear Park. When we came to the Lookout we played some games like Rockets and Cat and Mouse. We had such a good time. We saw peacocks, sheep, pukekos and the Sky Tower. When we came back, we went another way. At the end of the walk we had an ice block and played on the big kid's playground. - Cameron

The Awesome Walkathon
On Friday the enormous school went on an exciting Walkathon at Shakespear park. We had morning tea on top of the hill. After that the school went back. Ms Tait brought us ice blocks. I felt tired. - Olivia

The Wonderful Walkathon
On Friday the whole school went on a Walkathon at Shakespear Park. We were raising money for the Motuora Unit. I saw sheep, cows and sheep and cow poop. Then we came back and the whole school and Ms Tait came. I was tired after the Walkathon. Then the bus came and picked us up. I fell asleep. - Sophie

On Friday we all went to the wonderful Walkathon. I saw fluffy sheep. - Zac

The Great Walkathon
On Friday morning we lined up on our courts. At the Walkathon it was very tiring. We had to walk up three big hills. I saw a beautiful peacock, it had beautiful colours. - Amber

    I really enjoyed looking at the Walkathon photos and your smiling faces. Living in Bahrain I miss the NZ green grass and the lovely blue sky so it was very nice to see your photos. thank you.
